Moving into Bliss with Akhanda Flow workshop with Yogi Vishvketu

This workshop will include discussions of the five elements in yoga and in daily life as well as a warm Akhanda Flow class, extended pranayama practice, agni sara, followed by deep relaxation and inner witnessing through yoga nidra.
